Sarah has worked in sales and marketing for over 15 years.
Her extensive knowledge of social media, advertising and marketing give our team a competitive advantage.
Sarah knows how to promote your residential and commercial properties or find you the best location for your business or home.
She is responsible for everything from promoting your property, showing units, advertising, marketing, and public relations.
Sarah is active in the community and sits on the Chatham-Kent Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

Devon grew up in the family business starting at a young age taking care of rental properties and tending to tenant concerns.
He has since been busy studying over the past year to become a licensed Condominium Manager and Paralegal.
Devon has an obligation to promote and protect the best interests of his clients. From overseeing the day-to-day operations, responding to owner complaints and negotiating contracts.
Devon maintains an open-line of communication for all parties involved. In his spare time, Devon and his wife Angel enjoy going on adventures with their three young children.
Angel's attention to detail and accounting background makes her a perfect fit as our finance administrator. She is responsible for managing our clients' money both legally and responsibly. Her tireless work ethic and drive for constant improvement keeps our systems and processes current to ensure we are providing efficient and effective results.
When Angel isn't crunching numbers she is organizing schedules of her three young children. She also enjoys shopping and family adventures.

Don has worked in the construction industry for over 25 years.
He is a Jack-of-all-trades skilled in roofing, drywall, plumbing, painting, and renovations.
Through Don's formal training and his experience, he is able to troubleshoot common issues that may arise on the property and resolve in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
He is responsible for property maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
Ann has been our right hand since October 2021 and comes with an extensive background in business. Ann is the current Owner Support and is meticulous with details and knowledgeable with the ins and outs of the day-to-day operations of your property and tenants.
In Ann's spare time she enjoys spending time outdoors and watching the sunset over the lake.
