Marketing Student - Paragon Property Management & Maintenance

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Intern with a passion for real estate to join our team for a 3-4 month placement. The ideal candidate will assist with various marketing and administrative tasks related to property listings, leasing, and tenant relations.


  1. Photography: Capture high quality photos of properties for rent, highlighting key features and ensuring accurate representation.

  2. Listing Management: Assist in the creation and management of property listings across multiple platforms, including our website, social media, and third party platforms.

  3. Property Showings: Coordinate and conduct property showings for prospective tenants, providing detailed information and answering questions about the properties.

  4. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including data entry, file organization, and document management.

  5. Applicant Communication: Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective tenants, providing information about available properties and scheduling viewing appointments.

  6. Lease Preparation: Assist in drafting lease agreements and other rental documents, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.

  7. Tenant Relations: Address tenant inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner, maintaining positive relationships with current and prospective tenants.


  • Due to the nature of the position the candidate must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.

  • Basic photography skills, 

  • Highly organized and detail oriented.

  • Familiarity with real estate terminology and leasing processes is preferred but not required.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Google docs).

  • Preference will be given to candidate with experience using Wix, Canva, Facebook and Instagram.
